宣城长拓金属科技有限公司是一家集研发、生产为一体的，专业的有经验的中大型硅溶胶精铸厂。全厂70亩地，引进先进欧美技术，高技术生产不缩孔的铸件，每月300吨产能。机电控制、自动化生产线生产，高效率全自动化机械手臂沾浆制売。内设模具厂和机械加工厂，自动化车、铣机加工设备提供高精密度至0.005mm加工服务。已获德国莱茵TUV ISO-9001、AD2000、TRD-100PED、IATF16949汽车零件、ISO13485医疗器械、防爆认证、船用五金劳氏Lloyd’s和BV等认证。生产不锈钢、碳钢、双相不锈钢、高温镍、钴、钛合金铸件，如高精密要求的涡轮机件、传导器、泵阀类、仪表控制、Ex防爆产品、汽车零件件及食品机械等。拥有世界五百强企业客户群。
Xuancheng Chieftech Metal technology Co., Ltd. is a professional and experienced investment casting foundry, which combines R&D and manufacturing, with monthly capacity of 300 ton. The plant area is 46,667 m2 including automatic production line, tooling workshop and in-house machine shop. The in-house machine shop is equipped with advanced high precision CNC-lather machine and machining center to meet 0.005 mm tolerance. We have certified by TUV ISO-9001, AD2000, TRD-100PED, IATF16949, ISO 13485, Lloyd’s, BV and explosion-proof qualified certificate. Chieftech won some TOP 500 companies’ projects by supplying high-quality pump, valve, flow meter, turbine, transducer, instrument parts, Ex-parts, auto parts, food machinery parts, etc. with the material of stainless steel, carbon steel, duplex stainless steel, high temperature Ni, Co and Ti alloys.
